Healthy & Beautiful
My name is Jennifer Jordan and I am 21 years old. I'm happily married to a wonderful man, Matthew. We have a beautiful daughter together, Katelynn, who has absolutely stolen our hearts. Anyone who knows me personally knows that I am a slight bit over weight, and I've decided that I'm going to change that. I have started the Atkins diet and I love it. I slightly ran off track for about a week and I figured if I had an audience to hear how I'm doing and what I'm eating I may, just may do it right and make this a long term lifestyle. I'm currently at the weight 181lbs. and I would LOVE to get down to 125- 130lbs.
I want to go from this to a size 3 or 5 (hopefully) and I'm hoping that all of you can help me with this. It's going to be a very complicated process, but I know that I can do this. I will be sharing recipes, wight loss progress, exercise, and complications that I stubble upon along the way. I can't wait to be in a body that not only I can be proud of but my husband and daughter can be proud of as well.
This lady is very happy to get started on becoming a healthier and more beautiful person!
